Treatment courts: offers redemption for drug and alcohol charges

The prison system that was created for the punishment and rehabilitation for those who have broken the law now offer a way for those with Substance Abuse Disorders to enter the Treatment Court to find recovery opinions. Drug/Treatment Court now offers a way to the road of recovery especially for first-time offenders. Instead of receiving automatic jail-time the court provides a one year program of evidence base treatment solutions.

The Drug/Treatment Courts are giving second chances to individuals that find them selfs behind bars. If you meet the criteria of the court you will be evaluated by the clinical staff and placed into the program for positive reinforcement by way of group and one-on-one therapy. The program was designed to be a year-long with follow-ups to track the progress of its participants. Those who have completed the course with little to no mishaps, the charges that led them to the program will be expunged off their record.
